• I have placed my Order, when it will be Shipped?
  The orders received before 1 PM are Shipped on same day. Delivery time will depend on your pin Code. It may take 3 to 7 days from the day of dispatch.  
   
• How can I track my order?
  Your order status is updated to you via Messages at every step. Once your order is placed  you would receive a message on your WhatsApp with your order details. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a message on your WhatsApp with your tracking details.
   
• Is there a COD Option available?
  Yes we Offer Partial COD (Cash on Delivery). The Products which costs more than ₹500 can be ordered by paying (₹45 or 5% of order value) partial advance Payment. Balance 95% Payment by Cash on delivery. 
   
• Can I get Partial COD on every Products?
  Currently Partial COD not available on heavy shipments and costly Products. 
   
• What Payment Options do we Accept?
  You can pay us by using UPI, Debit Cards, Credit cards and Net Banking.
  EMI Options are also available on our Payment gateway.
   
• Will I get a Discount on aasthamart.com?
  Yes We offer many Exciting Discounts on various Festivals and occasions. You will also get up to 1.5% extra discount on prepaid payment. 
   
• Can I cancel my Order?
  You can cancel your Order any time before the order Dispatch. After the Order is dispatched order cancellation is not possible. If you are facing any issue while cancelling the order. Kindly contact us. If you cancel the order or refused to take the product. We will deduct both side shipping charges.
   
• Is there a Return or replacement Policy?

• What if I Received Damaged Product?

• I Received my Product but Don't know how to install it?
  Don't Worry, We are 'always with you' You can contact us anytime and our technical team will help you to select a product as per your need, Product installation or in any technical issue on Phone or Video call from 9:00AM to 7:00PM every day. We also help you in product Warranty Period to get fast service.
   
• What is Wallet Points?
  After receiving an order from Aastha Mart. You will get 1% wallet points in MY ACCOUNT page in Aastha Mart. 1 wallet point is equal to 1 ₹.
   
• How can I use Wallet Points?
  On Placing next order you will get up to 5% wallet points of order value (Auto Applied). If you have 100 wallet points in your account. On next purchase you will get ₹100 discount on order of ₹2000 or more and you will get 1% wallet point on this order also in your account page. 
   
• Is there any validity of wallet Points?
  No there is no time limit. Wallet Points can be used lifetime.
